Agreement

By using Klippo (klippo.xyz), you agree to these Terms of Service. Klippo is a tool for scheduling and publishing content to social media accounts you own or control.

Your responsibilities

• You must only connect accounts you are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for all content published through Klippo, including compliance with each platform's rules (TikTok, Meta, X, YouTube, etc.).
• You must not use Klippo for spam, harassment, or illegal content.

Platform integrations

Klippo connects to third-party platforms via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms. If a platform suspends your account or revokes API access, Klippo cannot publish there until access is restored.

Service availability

Klippo is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free publishing, or that scheduled posts will always succeed. Network issues, platform API changes, or rate limits may cause failures.

Disconnecting

You may disconnect any linked account at any time from the Accounts page. You may stop using Klippo at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klippo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue or account penalties imposed by social platforms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Klippo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
