Overview

Klippo (klippo.xyz) is a social media scheduling tool. It lets you connect your own accounts and publish content you schedule from a Google Sheet.

Information we collect

• OAuth tokens when you click Connect for a platform (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and others). We store access and refresh tokens so Klippo can post on your behalf.
• Account metadata such as platform user ID and display name, returned by each platform after you authorize Klippo.
• Scheduled post data from your Google Sheet (captions, media links, publish times, and platform assignments).
• Publish logs (success/failure status and error messages) to help you troubleshoot posts.

TikTok

If you connect TikTok, Klippo uses TikTok's OAuth API with scopes for basic profile info and video publishing. We only access your TikTok account after you explicitly authorize Klippo in TikTok's consent screen. We do not sell TikTok data or use it for advertising.

How we use data

We use collected data only to:

• Publish content you schedule to the accounts you connect
• Refresh OAuth tokens when they expire
• Show connection status and publish history in the dashboard

Storage and security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to Klippo is limited to authorized operators of this deployment. We do not share your data with third parties except the social platforms you connect to (to publish your content) and Google (to read your scheduling sheet and media).

Your choices

You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Accounts page in Klippo. Disconnecting removes our ability to post to that account. You can also revoke Klippo's access in each platform's own settings (e.g. TikTok app permissions).
